CTM Environmental Services, Inc., (CTM) was founded in January 2007 by Craig Hopkins with a goal of being a small, effective, and solution oriented environmental consulting firm.
Our Mission
The CTM philosophy focuses on a quality initial site assessment through historical file research, site visits, and other investigative methods. We create a Conceptual Site Model prior to implementing any remedial actions. We take into account the property owners goal, as well as the final planned use for the property and incorporate it into our investigations. Our investigative approach is custom tailored to each individual project, as each site is unique. All tasks are completed utilizing a team approach which always includes timely client contact. We are always available to answer any questions and address any concerns.
Services We Offer to Clients
- Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in accordance with all applicable American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standards.
- Preliminary Assessments in accordance with the NJDEP Technical Requirements for Site Remediation.
- Perform and complete soil and groundwater investigations and remediation in accordance with the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protections’ Act 2 Land Recycling Program.
- Brownfields Redevelopment
- Site Investigations, Remedial Investigations, and Remedial Actions for soil, soil vapor, and groundwater. All are completed in accordance with the most appropriate local, state, and/or federal regulations at the site.
